Where does the money go?

After the deduction of expenses, (i.e web hosting,
credit card fees, postage etc) the money goes to Nelson Primary School PTA.
All the marshals you see on the day are volunteer parents.

I booked a parking space, should I receive some form of
acknowledgement?
Yes - When you booked, you should have received an
e-mail from Eventbrite confirming your booking. You should print this out
& bring it with you on the day. If you don’t have it click here

If you paid on line using Paypal, you should also receive
a payment receipt from Paypal. You
should keep this for your records.

What is the traffic like?
|
|

There will be between 40,000 & 82,000 people trying to
get to the same place as you!
Before the match you should expect heavy traffic between
the M3 or the M4 and the school. You should allow ¾ hour for this. After
the event, the traffic varies depending on the finish time. Generally it is
very busy for 1 ½ hours after the
event.

What time should I arrive at Nelson School?
|

In order to see the start of the event you should arrive
at Nelson School at least an hour before the event starts. The ground is
only 1 mile away, but you need to allow time to find your seat. We are open
from about 5 hours before the event. Last admission is ½ hour before the
event starts. You can check times here

Do I have to book, or can I pay on the day?

For many events, the car park is sold out to pre-booked
customers. Any remaining spaces are offered on the day on a first come
first served basis

Will the toilets be open?

The toilets are always open before the event, and usually
for about 2 hours afterwards
